All services are provided via telehealth and are cash-pay only. In person treatments are dependent on the location. Treatment is never guaranteed and is subject to medical necessity.

Women’s HRT also includes evaluation and management of estradiol and progesterone when indicated. These medications are billed separately; insurance coverage varies.
State pricing: Texas and New Mexico base pricing is shown above. Other states add $50/month only where appropriately licensed care is available.
Lab testing: Lab orders and review are included; testing costs are separate. Insurance billing may be available. Self-pay home testing is approximately $85 per order.
