  • Can you work alongside my existing doctor?

    Yes. We complement your current medical care by helping you understand your data, build healthy habits, and stay accountable. We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. Our role is education, lifestyle guidance, and structured support. We can also provide summeries you may share with your doctor.

  • Is Human Performance virtual or in-person?

    Services are primarily virtual, so you can work with us from anywhere. Consultations, check-ins, and plan updates happen online. In-person options may be available depending on your area and preferance.

  • Do I need to complete lab testing to work with Human Performance?

    No. Lab testing can provide helpfull insights, but it's not required. If you already have labs, we can interpret them and incorporate that information. If not, we can still build an effective plan using your goals, symptoms, and lifestyle details. Testing is always optional.

  • Is this beginner friendly?

    Absolutely. You don't need prior nutrition or fitness experience. We meet you wherever you're starting and build a plan that fits naturally into your life. Everything is explained in simple, step-by-step terms.

  • How long does it take to see results?

    Many clients start noticing improvements, such as better energy, mood, or sleep, within 2-4 weeks. Bigger changes like weight, preformance, or long-term biomaker improvements may take a few months. We focus on sustainable, lasting progress.

  • Do you provide meal plans and/or workout plans?

    We offer clear nutrition and movement guidance designed to fit your lifestyle. Instead of ridgid, restrictive plans, we focus on flexible frameworks you can maintain longterm. If you prefer structured templates, we can include those too.

  • Do you recommend supplements?

    Yes, only when they are safe, evidence-supported, and relevant to your goals. We never push unnecessary products. When supplements are helpful, we provide clear recommendations and dosing guidance.
